Propolis Oral Junior Water-Based, spray with an applicator, 30ml
Children usually do not know what is good for them. But they know what they like! Propolis Oral Junior combines what is good and what they like; it does not contain alcohol, and has a mild and delicious taste.
Propolis Oral Junior was developed especially for our youngest customers. Besides 10 % propolis extract in water solution, the product also contains honey and niacin, which contributes to the maintenance of normal mucous membranes, sage water extract and vitamin C. It prevents and cures sore throat in children, and helps to heal inflamed mouth mucous membranes. It is also perfect for inflamed gums and for curing oral ulcers and cold sores.
We have tested the flavour of the product on children, who helped make the best product suited for their taste. Therefore, Propolis Oral Junior is mild and delicious. This is a product of proven quality, since we have standardised the content of bioflavonoids – the essential propolis ingredients; they protect bees from microbes and are the main standard for the quality of propolis.
The product is very handy, because the spray with applicator enables simple and precise application to the desired site. No preservatives, colouring, artificial flavouring, or sweeteners.

Propolis is a bee product, used as a sealant to maintain a healthy beehive. It contains different plant resins, gathered by bees from tree buds and enriched by their gland secretions and added wax. Bees use this sticky mixture to fix the combs and coat the inner walls of the hive, thus preventing the penetration of humidity and wind, and protecting the hive from microbes. Bees also use propolis to embalm large intruders who enter the hive and subsequently cannot be removed. Propolis prohibits decomposition, which prevents infections and diseases in the bees. Propolis also evaporates in the hive and provides natural protection, enabling healthy development and life of the bee colony. The main healing substances in propolis are bioflavonoids – plant colourings that protect plants from microorganisms. The content of bioflavonoids determines the quality of propolis; therefore Medex has standardised these contents and guaranteed the quality of the product.
Honey is a natural sweet gift, given to us by bees that make it from flower nectar (floral honey) or from insect secretions that remain on trees as sticky liquid (honeydew honey). Floral honey types are wildflower honey, acacia honey, chestnut honey, lime honey, and canola honey; honeydew honey types are forest honey, fir honey, maple honey, oak honey, and spruce honey. Bees process nectar or honeydew, enrich it with their gland secretions, and store it in the beehive to ripen. Honey is the source of solar energy and life fuel in the beehive. It contains precious nutrients and is a powerful substance.
Sage water extract (Salvia sclarea)
The natural benefits of sage have been recognised and appreciated since antiquity. The old herb books praise sage as a sacred plant. It contains essential oil, which is a volatile and aromatic mixture of water-insoluble compounds, mostly thujone. Water extract from sage leaves does not contain this oil and is therefore suitable also for pregnant women and nursing mothers.
Niacin (vitamin B3) contributes to the maintenance of normal mucous membranes.
