Pollen is collected by bees on stamens of flowering plants. It is moistened with their saliva, honey flow or honey from their honey stomach, rolled into pellets and covered with a special wrap. Pollen is the richest source of a plant in terms of protein content, which is intended for the propagation of the plants. Pollen is an important source of proteins for bees and their main food source beside honey and water. It contains essential ingredients for the development of the bee brood and is the basic raw material for the production of royal jelly, which is a necessary component of the queen bee's diet.

Pollen grains represent a source of proteins also for people, since proteins in pollen contain 50% of essential amino acids. We provide these amino acids to the body by consuming food. In addition to proteins, pollen also contains fibres, which represent an important part of a balanced diet.

Pollen is intended for adults as well as for children. Pollen may be consumed alone or with liquid. Your body will be able to utilise the nutritious substances of pollen even easier if it is mixed with honey for 12 hours. Royal jelly may also be added to the mixture. Pollen is also an excellent supplement to smoothies, fruit juices or ice cream.

Due to the packing in a sachet with a zip lock closing and opening mechanism it is easy to use and store.
Recommended daily dose:
  • For adults is 3 to 4 spoons, and half that quantity for children.
Pollen is wrapped in a strong cellulose envelope, it is therefore recommended that before consumption it is best soaked in a liquid or yogurt or powdered, as only in this manner will the nutrients be absorbed into the organism.

  • Consumption is not recommended to individuals who are hypersensitive to pollen.
  • Store in a dark, dry place with temperature below 25°C.
